One of the most reliable, traditional carrot varieties, which can be sown and harvested for almost five months of the year. Carrot Chantenay are evenly shaped, medium size stump roots of fine orange colour. The flavoursome sweet crop are ideal for boiling, steaming or stir-frying, and can be enjoyed in many dishes.

For best tasting results, harvest in July and November.
Top Tip - once harvested, carrots can last longer if they're well cleaned and stored in boxes of dry sand.
